Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the hosting, server, domain and related services ("Services") provided by KB Solutions ("we", "us"). By ordering a Service, creating an account or using our website you accept these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate contact details and keep them current — service and billing notices are sent to the email on your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of anyone you give access to. Keep your password safe and enable two-factor authentication where offered. Tell us immediately at support@kbsolutions.agency if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Orders, provisioning and trials

Orders are accepted once payment has cleared. Automatic services are provisioned within the timeframe shown on the product page; manually provisioned services are set up by our team as quickly as possible and you will see progress in your client portal. We may refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — where we suspect fraud, sanctions issues or a breach of these Terms.

4. Fees, renewals and taxes

Prices are shown on the website and in your cart before you pay, exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated. Recurring services renew automatically at the price of the current term until you cancel. Renewal invoices are issued before the due date and are payable on that date. Domain registrations, transfers and renewals are governed by the registry's own pricing and are non-refundable once submitted.

5. Non-payment and suspension

If an invoice is unpaid after its due date we may suspend the affected Service after the grace period shown in your portal, and may terminate it (deleting its data) if it remains unpaid. Reactivation after suspension may attract a fee. We will always email you before suspension.

6. Refunds

Shared and WordPress hosting plans carry a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time customers: cancel within 30 days of the first payment for a full refund of the plan fee. Setup fees, domain registrations and transfers, SSL certificates, licences, dedicated servers and VPS plans are non-refundable once provisioned. Refunds are made to the original payment method.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel any Service from your client portal or by opening a ticket. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid term unless you ask for it to be immediate. Data is deleted after termination — take a backup first.

8. Acceptable use

Your use of the Services must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Breach of that policy may lead to immediate suspension.

9. Backups and your data

You remain responsible for your own backups. Where we provide backups they are a courtesy, are not guaranteed, and should not be your only copy. You retain ownership of your content; you grant us the limited right to host, transmit and back it up in order to provide the Services.

10. Availability and support

We target the availability described in our Service Level Agreement. Support is provided in English by ticket and live chat, 24 hours a day. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance in your portal or by email wherever practical.

11. Third-party providers

Some Services are delivered on infrastructure operated by our upstream providers and registries. Their terms, maintenance windows and abuse policies may also apply to your Service.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the fees you paid us for the affected Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced by email or in your portal at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Services after that date means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment, and the competent courts there have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
